The primary mission of DOC Compliance for Transportation by Donald O'Connor is to ensure the motor carrier industry operates in compliance with Federal and State Transportation Safety Laws, Rules, and Regulations in order to improve safety, safety rating, and reduce cost. President

Serving the Public Trust for 24 years since 1998 through 2022. From 1998-2008 with the New York State Department of Transportation Motor Carrier Safety Program, and from 2008-2022 with the US DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. During this period, Donald O'Connor provided regulatory guidance and interpretations, industry outreach, technical assistance & training to the motor carrier industry. In addition, performed Safety Audits, Compliance Reviews, Facility Inspections, Enforcement Cases, and Roadside Inspections.
